Lightweight density padding at the heel and ball of foot provides protective cushioning, with a lightly padded supportive arch. Thin profile with a flat-knit design fits in most running shoes. Sizes M (men’s 8.5 – 10), L (men’s 10.5 – 11.5) and XL (men’s 12 – 14).
