Under Armour HeatGear Bottoms Review

Under Armour sells many different types of athletic clothing, and the HeatGear products are designed to keep you cool when working out in hot environments. These full-length leggings are terrific worn under other athletic gear such as hockey equipment, or just worn on their own for jogging or weightlifting. They are much more durable than the old fashioned cotton bottoms and will not rip or give way at the seams.

Pros

The lightweight fabric has a unique wicking ability that actually moves moisture away from the skin. This allows the skin to stay cool as it enhances the evaporation process. Cotton holds the moisture against the skin and the result is a heavy, soggy pair of leggings. The Under Armour HeatGear Bottoms fit tightly against the skin and are flexible and comfortable. After a few times wearing these bottoms you won’t even realize that you have them on. They will help to keep your body temperature regulated even in the hottest workout situations. The Under Armour HeatGear Bottoms come in sizes from small to XXXL so it is easy to find a perfect fit.

Cons

There are not a lot of colors to choose from with the Under Armour HeatGear Bottoms. They come in white, navy and black. While they are more expensive than the alternative cotton bottoms they last infinitely longer and can handle rough wear and tear without any rips or sagging. They do take a bit of getting used to as they fit very tight to the skin.

Bottom line

Once you try a pair of these Under Armour HeatGear Bottoms you will not want to go back to your old workout clothing. They keep the moisture away from your skin to leave you cool and comfortable during your workout. The durability and wear of these bottoms make them a much better option price wise than traditional cotton sweats.
